After a parishioner has died, the bereavement support ministers reach out to the family by sending a sympathy card, calling, and providing information that is available as a way of supporting the grieving family.  There is also a Grieving WIth Great Hope Bereavement Group that is held twice a year (fall and spring) to help those who have lost a loved one process their grief.Please contact Sean Lokmer for more information.
