Eucharistic ministers assist in the distribution of Holy communion at all weekend Masses, holy days and other special celebrations of the Eucharistic. Eucharistic ministers must be confirmed. Training is required and provided for new ministers.

Altar Servers prepare for serving in the fourth grade. After completing formal instructions, they are scheduled on a rotating basis based on a server's schedule. Once a student has gone through the preparation and is scheduled to serve at a particular time, the student is responsible for being present, or to find a substitute.

Ushers and Greeters are scheduled on a rotating basis to assist with seating, taking the collections, overseeing the processions to receive Eucharist and distributing bulletins after Mass. A smile, a warm welcome and simple courtesies set the tone for those who gather.
Hospitality Guidelines (updated November 20, 2014)
Lectors are scheduled on a rotating basis to proclaim the scripture readings at weekend liturgies. Training is required and provided. All parishioners who have been confirmed are invited to this ministry.
